🏷️ Quotations

Manage price and availability inquiries with direct transactional intent, separated from the general Leads flow.

What does this module do?

The Quotations module specifically shows price and availability inquiries, separated from the general Leads flow. These are contacts who asked about rates or available dates and represent direct transactional intent.

Access it from: Quotations in the side menu (/cotizaciones) — requires the quotations.view permission.

How to navigate it

The interface is identical to the Leads module, except that only contacts whose initial message contains words like "price", "availability", "rate", or that are classified as "booking inquiry" type appear here.

This lets the sales team handle general prospects in Leads, while the revenue team manages price inquiries independently.

  1. Review new inquiries — filter by Status: Nuevo and review each inquiry's initial message.
  2. Contact the guest — change the status to Contactado when you start communicating; add a comment with the rate you sent.
  3. Follow up — if the guest hasn't replied, switch to Seguimiento and record the date of the next contact.
  4. Close the quotation — if they booked → Convertido; if it didn't pan out → Perdido, noting the reason in comments.
tip

If you see many unanswered quotations, handle those first: they represent guests with active booking intent. Then move on to Leads to follow up on more general prospects.

Available actions

Just as in Leads, on each quotation you can:

  • Filter by status, source, date range, and hotel, or search by name or email
  • View the detail with contact data, initial message, score, and history
  • Update the follow-up status
  • Assign the quotation to a member of the revenue team
  • Add comments visible to the whole team
  • Export the filtered list

For details on each action, see the Leads Guide, since the interface mechanics are the same.
